Shipping Policy

We only ship to the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. If you are outside of these regions, please contact us at to ask if we will make a special exception.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating the estimated delivery window. If you wish to know a more detailed estimate, please contact us at or call 800.791.1688 and tell us your country and postal/zip code and the item desired. We will then be able to give you a better idea as to how long it may take for your item to arrive at your shipping address.

All items are processed in the warehouse in 1-3 business days. Please be advised that due to high demand of some of our items it can take up to 2-4 weeks for your item to arrive. If you have ordered multiple items, the items may be shipped to you separately from different warehouses.

 Some orders with multiple products may come in separate packages, depending on where our stock is in the country. Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. We always try to get your items to you as soon as possible.

 After Your Order is Placed

We'll send out an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

If the order was placed on Friday night, your order will be processed on the following Monday morning.
